RUN CLUB - Highbar Health Clinic: Injury Patterns & Prevention

Join us again Tuesday 6:00pm, rain or shine, at Highbar Health in South County Commons for an easy paced social run, followed by an injury clinic. All paces and levels welcome. 2-4 miles, with optional hill workout. Free!

Clinic #4 in our Highbar Health / Run Club Series.

Clinics 1 through 3 covered feet, knees and hips, and now we put it all together during the grand finale clinic on Feb 27th.

“We” actually refers to Michelle Fuleky, Clinic Director at Highbar Health’s South County office. Turns out, that song about the knee bone connecting to the thigh bone was right. If you have weakness or instability in one joint, this can in turn negatively impact function up or down the kinetic chain.

Michelle will explain how to identify and stop these types of injury patterns in their tracks. She will arm you with strength exercises to reduce injury risk and improve running performance.
